I lead community strategy and management for Bima.money (with over 30k+ members) at Crowwd Labs, with a focus on driving growth and engagement within the Discord community through strategic initiatives, including developing and implementing community calendar and weekly activities and overseeing moderation, support.

I lead the Growth and Partnerships team at Tenacity, a community-driven platform that connects students with opportunities. I collaborate closely with the team to develop and implement growth strategies, partnerships, and community initiatives. Also lead strategic partnerships with key industry events and hackathons, including IndiaFOSS 3.0, HacktoberFest BLR, Web3 Carnival BLR, and BUIDL for Web3 to increase community visibility and engagement.

I managed 15+ community groups, primarily on WhatsApp, and led the Bengaluru region group. I actively promoted the community at various events and secured sponsors for hackathons. Additionally, I partnered with prominent events as an outreach and community partner, including Polkadot India, WeMakeDevs, and several hackathons.
